Repair and Warranty Agreement
Dent Specialists will repair the hail-damaged panels of your vehicle using industry-standard Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) techniques. If any panel is determined to be too severely damaged for PDR, Dent Specialists will replace and repaint the panel in accordance with your insurance company’s approved allowances. All parts and paintwork performed by Dent Specialists will carry applicable warranties as outlined below.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
This warranty covers only those panels repaired by Dent Specialists and does not include any pre-existing or unrelated damage not caused by hail. Coverage extends to the vehicle during your ownership or lease term and is valid for the same duration as the manufacturer’s warranty for paint finish and corrosion protection. We guarantee that our repair work will not compromise your vehicle’s paint finish or corrosion resistance during the term of your ownership or lease.
In the event the vehicle is sold or the lease is terminated, the warranty expires as of the date of sale or lease termination.
To request warranty service, you must first review the vehicle manufacturer’s paint and corrosion warranty to confirm coverage eligibility. Dent Specialists’s warranty is limited strictly to issues caused by our Paintless Dent Repair process. To initiate a claim, email us at support@dent-specialists.com to schedule a review of the issue.
Important: You are responsible for retaining your repair invoice. Failure to present this record may result in denial of your warranty claim.
If it is determined—by both Dent Specialists and your repair facility—that the issue is the result of our repair work, we will arrange for the necessary corrections at our expense. Dent Specialists reserves the right to inspect and attempt to correct any damage before authorizing payment to any third-party repair facility. Only if we are unable to make the repair ourselves will payment to an outside facility be considered.
